This is not a role where you simply execute test scripts — you’ll be an active partner in QA strategy, helping engineering define what and how to test while driving best practices across the organization.You won’t be responsible for writing every test yourself — instead, you’ll enable engineers to build quality into their code, own the QA infrastructure, and ensure we have the right testing coverage where it matters most. You’ll balance ad-hoc manual testing, regression testing, and business-critical path validation with automation strategies to make sure we deliver a delightful, reliable user experience.<h2>Responsibilities</h2>As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for:<h3>1. Driving QA Strategy &amp; Infrastructure</h3><ul><li>Be an active partner in shaping our QA approach and processes.</li><li>Define testing strategies across frontend, backend, and API layers to ensure we test the right things at the right level.</li><li>Help engineers define and write tests but not own every test — especially unit tests.</li><li>Establish and maintain the QA infrastructure, frameworks, and tooling needed for efficient testing at scale.</li></ul><h3>2. Testing Execution &amp; Coverage</h3><ul><li>Perform ad-hoc manual testing for new features and high-risk areas.</li><li>Design and execute regression testing plans to prevent unexpected breakages.</li><li>Lead business-critical path testing to ensure the core user flows always work flawlessly.</li><li>Build and maintain automated test suites where they drive significant value — especially around integration, end-to-end, and regression testing.</li></ul><h3>3.
