You’ll work in close collaboration with the CX, Sales, and Marketing teams, and report into the Professional Learning function, with day-to-day prioritization supported by our Pioneer &amp; Community Lead.This role is based out of the DMV Metro Area, with special preference given to Fairfax, VA, and Prince Georges County, MD.Responsibilities:In this role, you will be responsible for driving to the following outcomes:Professional Learning Development &amp; Delivery (50%)<ul><li>Facilitate engaging onsite and virtual PD sessions tailored to district needs.</li><li>Develop and refine training content, including live and asynchronous materials.</li></ul>Community Field Engagement &amp; Pioneer Program Activation (30%)<ul><li>Execute surprise-and-delight field moments and represent MagicSchool at events.</li><li>Support educator engagement, storytelling, and Pioneer program activation regionally.</li></ul>Consultative Solutioning &amp; Regional Strategy (10%)<ul><li>Collaborate on pilots and adoption plans with Sales, CX, and Solution Architects.</li><li>Capture local insights to shape product, PD, and campaign strategies.</li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration (10%)<ul><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align regional and national efforts.</li><li>Track field feedback to support voice-of-customer and strategic initiatives.</li></ul>Experience &amp; Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you’ll bring the following experience and qualifications:Required:<ul><li>Based in DMV area.</li><li>5+ years experience in education, instructional coaching, or edtech PD/community roles.</li><li>Dynamic facilitation and public speaking skills—comfortable with both educators and district leaders.</li><li>Demonstrated passion for educator engagement, storytelling, and grassroots brand-building.</li><li>Experience supporting edtech tools and navigating school or district implementation processes.</li><li>Excited to travel regionally up to 75% during peak seasons and 50% year-round. </li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Prior classroom teaching experience.</li><li>Experience with educator ambassador, community, or grassroots marketing programs.</li><li>Familiarity with the AI-in-education space and local curriculum standards.</li><li>Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, CX, or Marketing teams.</li><li>Competency with digital collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.).</li></ul>Application Notice: Notice: Priority Deadline and Review Start DatePlease note that applications for this position will be accepted until 11/9/25 - applications received after this date will be reviewed on an intermittent basis.
