The Freelance Recruitment Specialist is primarily responsible for end-to-end recruitment and hiring of qualified global candidates to fill the specialized manpower requirements of our Boutique clients. This role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and endorsing candidates for hard-to-fill, niche positions while ensuring that standard recruitment and selection processes are observed consistently.
The Impact youll make
Screening
Reviews resumes and chooses the ones that closely match the available job descriptions and qualifications
Schedules and conducts interviews with potential assistants according to client qualifications
Conducts Mock Calls and Script Readings with assistants depending on the client’s needs
Coaching
Coaches applicants on areas of improvement and re-record mock calls and script reading, if necessary.
Matching
Endorses Qualified applicants to the VIP team
Hits weekly KPIs for candidate endorsements
Support and Coordination
Assists with other recruiting processes from start to finish; while he/she coordinates with other departments regarding any client needs that are not addressed by our current hiring funnels.
