Why does this role exist?

The Freelance Recruitment Specialist is primarily responsible for end-to-end recruitment and hiring of qualified global candidates to fill the specialized manpower requirements of our Boutique clients. This role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and endorsing candidates for hard-to-fill, niche positions while ensuring that standard recruitment and selection processes are observed consistently.

The Impact youll make

  • Screening
    • Reviews resumes and chooses the ones that closely match the available job descriptions and qualifications
    • Schedules and conducts interviews with potential assistants according to client qualifications 
    • Conducts Mock Calls and Script Readings with assistants depending on the client’s needs 
  • Coaching
    • Coaches applicants on areas of improvement and re-record mock calls and script reading, if necessary. 
  • Matching
    • Endorses Qualified applicants to the VIP team 
    • Hits weekly KPIs for candidate endorsements
  • Support and Coordination
    • Assists with other recruiting processes from start to finish; while he/she coordinates with other departments regarding any client needs that are not addressed by our current hiring funnels.
