The impact you’ll make:
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the Dominican Republic.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, networking, and referrals.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes.
Stay informed on local labor market trends and talent acquisition best practices.
Promote Magic’s employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
