Why does this role exist? The Recruitment Sourcing Supervisor is vital to strengthening Magics talent acquisition efforts by identifying and attracting exceptional candidates who will drive our companys growth. This role serves as a critical link between hiring managers and potential talent, ensuring we maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates while upholding our employer brand and recruitment standards.
The Impact youll make
Sourcing Strategy Development
Collaborate with the Recruitment Sourcing Manager to craft and implement effective sourcing strategies
Leverage job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events to locate potential candidates
Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and desired candidate profiles
Actively build and nurture a talent pipeline by engaging with passive candidates and maintaining relationships
Candidate Screening and Evaluation
Perform thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural alignment
Document candidate feedback and provide recommendations to hiring teams
Guide candidates through various stages of the recruitment process
Employer Branding and Marketing
Assist in creating engaging job postings and advertisements that showcase the companys employer brand
Support in organizing and executing recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring initiatives
Forge and sustain productive relationships with external recruitment agencies and job portals
Market Intelligence and Analytics
Stay informed of market trends and industry developments to refine sourcing strategies
Monitor, analyze, and interpret recruitment data to optimize processes
Present data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement of sourcing effectiveness
Measure of Success
Achievement of monthly and quarterly hiring targets across assigned departments
Reduction in time-to-fill metrics for critical positions by maintaining a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
Quality of hire as measured by new employee performance and retention rates during first 6 months

Work-from-home setup: Fully remote position with flexibility to work from your preferred location
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM PHT (Manila Time)
Salary range: Php 49,500 - 55,000 / per month
