As a Rewards Specialist youll ensure great employee experience through providing Tier II Support to the benefits processes across functions, brands and geographies.<div>Key ResponsibilitiesBenefits Administration for Canada and U.S. <ul><li>Resolve benefit-related issues and respond to queries and requests in a timely manner. </li><li>Assist with the execution, education, administration and maintenance of the company’s benefits for Canada and U.S. (e.g., health, dental, life insurance, disability, RRSPs, pension plans).</li><li>Align benefits processes across brands and pick up manual benefits processes, if any, including consistent Knowledge Articles.</li><li>Ensure benefits programs comply with federal and provincial regulations</li><li>Provide inputs on program gaps, issues, training needs etc. with regards to global programs. </li><li>Participate in global People Solutions projects. </li><li>Participate in adhoc projects within Region as needed</li><li>Manage benefits platform, if any, and create and store benefits policy documents in relevant systems. </li></ul>Liaise with other functions in and outside of HR as required<ul><li>Support People Advisors on benefits-related matters / escalations </li><li>Support Rewards manager in activities where relevant and needed (implementation of new benefits, compliance, benefits analysis, benchmarking and solutioning, as well as the Annual Salary Review cycle and/or other compensation related activities as needed).</li><li>Support Global benefits program roll outs like : WorkFlex , EAP, Wellness.</li></ul>Vendor Management<ul><li>Vendor Invoicing</li><li>Review local vendor performance against service level agreements </li><li>Act as escalation point (Tier 2) for benefit issues</li><li>Performs reviews in line with global governance requirements (salary changes, job level changes etc.)</li></ul>We are looking for:<ul><li>At least 3 years of experience in Rewards.</li><li>Relevant experience with US and Canada.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field required.</li><li>Relevant experience administering benefits including familiarization with benefits compliance in US and Canada. </li><li>Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, ADP, Paycom are a plus)</li><li>Language: Spanish (is a plus)</li><li>Open to travel as needed. </li></ul>Job Type: Full TimeThis role allows the selected candidate to work from home 2 days per week as part of our flexible work policy.Salary: $65,000 to $85,000*Benefits: Full time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k Match.* The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for this position.
