The Regional S&R Governance Manager ensures the effective design and implementation of a consistent S&R Governance framework, driving risk mitigation and continuous improvement across the region. Leveraging data-driven insights, this role prioritizes high-value initiatives, develops actionable strategies, and partners with teams to deliver impactful results through clear communication and project management expertise.

Key responsibilities:

Data & Reporting: Manage regional S&R data reporting, KPIs, and regulatory communications to drive insights and improvements.
Performance & Improvement: Review S&R outcomes, analyze metrics, and refine processes for continuous improvement.
Training & Support: Develop and execute training programs to meet regulatory and S&R priorities while overseeing the implementation and support of S&R systems.
S&R Standards and Optimization: Establish governance frameworks, standardize tools and procedures in alignment with the Global HSSE, BR and Quality framework, mitigate risks, and enhance global S&R program performance at regional levels.
Roadmaps & Strategy: Update S&R roadmaps to align regional plans with global priorities and ensure communication with stakeholders at all levels (upwards, laterally, downwards).
Improvement Projects: Plan and deliver regional S&R projects/initiatives, ensuring alignment with global standards and timelines.

We are looking for:

Strong logistics and supply chain expertise, applying insights to governance and risk.
Ability to communicate and present complex topics clearly to all levels.
Skilled at working autonomously with accountability.
Expertise in data analysis for strategic decision-making.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects efficiently.
Experience in managing governance frameworks for S&R compliance and optimization.
Strong background in QHSSE.
Proficient with technology and data tools to drive process improvements i.e., tech-savvy skills
Advanced English and Spanish skills.
