Coordinate ER meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation. Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for use in discussions and negotiations.</li><li>Policy Development: Partner with HR leadership to shape, implement, and continuously improve policies that drive positive employee relations, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and best practices across the country.</li><li>Union &amp; Works Council Engagement: Lead and support structured dialogues with unions and workers’ councils, managing negotiations and preparing key agreements.</li><li>Strategic Communications: Develop and execute communication strategies that enhance transparency and trust between management, unions, and employees, ensuring smooth implementation of change initiatives.</li><li>Project Leadership: Lead or contribute to employee relations projects, such as workforce transitions, organizational change initiatives, or policy standardization across multiple regions.</li><li>Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, unions, and external legal advisors</li></ul>What we are looking for:<ul><li>French and English language a must (C1 minimum)</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field. Master’s Degree preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources. Minimum of 3 years expertise in employee and labor relations in France within a multinational environment</li><li>Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, capable of aligning employee relations initiatives with broader organizational goals.</li><li>Ability to maneuver a multi layered matrix organization.</li><li>Strong communication skills, able to navigate sensitive conversations with tact and influence key stakeholders.</li></ul>Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
