You’ll bring a strategic mindset to identify opportunities, win new business, and expand Maersk’s offerings across our diverse portfolio of products.Your Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the pursuit of new and additional business within your assigned Key Client portfolio</li><li>Identify, qualify, consult, and develop value propositions to sell large-scale supply chain solutions</li><li>Cultivate and engage with new strategic, multi-level relationships within customer organizations</li><li>Understand customer needs and buying factors, translating them into actionable account plans and strategies via Sales Force.com</li><li>Collaborate with product and project teams to create and manage pursuit plans</li><li>Develop and implement a global/local business plan to increase supply chain share of wallet</li><li>Define the local value proposition and partner with local product teams to drive revenue growth</li><li>Support customer satisfaction by enhancing the overall experience and aligning with Maersk’s global value proposition</li><li>Upsell and cross-sell new products to drive additional business opportunities</li><li>Achieve client profitability in alignment with budget targets</li><li>Represent Maersk at industry events, verticals, and marketing opportunities</li><li>Conduct regular customer calls and in-person visits, tailored to customer needs</li><li>Share customer strategies with internal teams to ensure product development aligns with customer demands</li></ul>We’re Looking for Someone Who Has:<ul><li>Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to motivate teams, set clear priorities, and build long-lasting relationships at all levels</li><li>In-depth logistics expertise in Landside Solutions, Contract Logistics, E-commerce, and market insights</li><li>A self-driven and performance-oriented mindset</li><li>Experience with consultative selling (preferred)</li><li>A deep understanding of Maersk’s product portfolio and how to leverage them to meet customer challenges</li><li>Strong negotiation skills with the ability to lead complex discussions and decision-making</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Curiosity and proactivity to drive results and learn</li><li>A keen understanding of customer drivers, needs, and requirements</li><li>Strong market knowledge and awareness of industry trends</li><li>An entrepreneurial mindset, treating projects as your own business</li><li>Expertise in using financial data and understanding account economics</li><li>Ability to build and execute winning strategies and proposals</li><li>Proficiency in technology platforms, MS Office, and the ability to quickly adapt to new software</li></ul>Why Maersk?At Maersk, we offer a dynamic, inclusive environment where your growth and success are supported. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
