Our extensive experience, connections, and deep expertise across different sectors, industries, and transportation modes, means we can be counted on for process excellence that will save time and money.Job DescriptionEssential Functions:<ul><li>Responsible for coordinating flow for communication between Haulers/Delivery</li><li>Teams/Flatbed Drivers, Call Center and Local Client Management Teams Provides on-site presence on daily, weekly, or bi-weekly basis to ensure Haulers/Delivery</li><li>Teams are following procedures</li><li>Oversees recruiting, processing, and performance of Haulers</li><li>Develops and maintains relations with vendors</li><li>Ensures follow up on shipping discrepancies, damaged goods and in-home damage claims</li><li>Interfaces with end customers to ensure effective in-home delivery for customers</li><li>Maintains monthly operation reports that include statistics and customer service scores</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li><li>Skills &amp; Competencies:</li><li>Strong written and verbal communications skills</li><li>Excellent mathematical skills, with the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume</li><li>Ability to analyze technical and scientific journals as they pertain to the business and market</li><li>Strong problem solving and reasoning abilities to deal with a variety of problems and come up with creative solutions</li></ul>Company Benefits:<ul><li>Medical</li><li>Dental</li><li>Vision</li><li>401k + Company Match</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Flexible Work Schedules (when possible)</li><li>And more!</li></ul>Pay Range:$70,000-$80,000 per year*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
