Finance Business Partner - CommercialIn close collaboration with the Senior Finance Business Partner, drive financial performance to Regional Head of Sales &amp; various Regional Product owners with guidance and support on financial metrics, business performance and implementation of strategies/projects. We are committed to ongoing personal and professional development and believe that recruiting diverse talent strengthens our high-performing teams.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provides support to Sales Leadership Team, makes recommendations based on trends &amp; analysis in to improve various KPI’s.</li><li>Delivers accurate, timely, aligned information on various KPI’s including volume, Revenue &amp; GP/CY as well as SIP (Sales Incentive Plan) calculations &amp; payouts  </li><li>Owns various projects including analysis on networking selling, conversion, customer profitability by product to enable business decisions by leaders</li><li>Recommends in assessing best alternative strategies as it relates to various SIP plans &amp; financial implications of such</li><li>Provides various insights to sales verticals based on needs</li><li>Provides risks and opportunities as it relates to specific customers with market driven trends to sales verticals &amp; managers</li><li>Supports global initiatives including SIP Automation.</li><li>Leads projects in matrixes with product leads &amp; sales vertical leads on best practices and driving improvements in MOS cycles.</li></ul>Required Experience &amp; Skills<ul><li>Highly preferred bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.</li><li>Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in similar corporate structure reporting financials or similar metrics for business performance.</li><li>Minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar corporate structure</li><li>Advanced Microsoft office software skills, Access, Excel and PowerPoint for reports and presentations.</li><li>Experience with building Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization tools highly preferred.  </li><li>Great analytical skillset, challenger mindset, high drive and focus on personal development.</li><li>Insights into financial modelling and forecasting.</li><li>Strong sense of urgency and drive to deliver quality in your work - all at the same time.</li><li>Thrives with multiple stakeholders and hence feels comfortable by engaging with others.</li><li>As Maersk and the team is on a transformation journey, it is important that you are comfortable working in an environment with change.</li></ul>Job Type:Full TimeSalary:$110,000 - $120,000**The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
