<h3>Purpose of the Role</h3>Lead and manage medium-to-high complexity customer implementations with moderate geographic scope and significant business impact. Ensure a seamless transition from sales to operations, meeting customer expectations and delivering operational readiness. This role also supports existing account reviews to identify improvement and optimization opportunities.<h2></h2><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><h3>Project Management</h3><ul><li>Lead end-to-end implementation planning across functions: Operations, IT, HR, and Finance.</li><li>Define and track project milestones, go/no-go gates, and readiness criteria.</li><li>Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on project status and issues.</li><li>Manage risks and proactively resolve roadblocks.</li><li>Oversee delivery from all contributors, including internal teams and suppliers.</li><li>Define success criteria and ensure smooth project closure.</li></ul><h3></h3><h3>Client Engagement</h3><ul><li>Act as the primary contact for the customer during onboarding.</li><li>Build strong relationships with key regional and global client stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure alignment between the sold solution and what’s implemented.</li><li>Host regular client meetings to review progress and discuss improvements.</li></ul><h3></h3><h3>Operational Readiness</h3><ul><li>Support solution design and help resolve operational challenges.</li><li>Ensure infrastructure is in place, including:<ul><li>Staff recruitment and training</li><li>SOPs/IOPs and process documentation</li><li>IT &amp; EDI setup</li><li>Client/vendor onboarding and training</li><li>KPI and performance management setup</li></ul></li><li>Drive operational compliance across locations.</li><li>Ensure high-quality service delivery from Day 1.</li></ul><h3></h3><h3>Commercial Support</h3><ul><li>Partner with sales teams during pre-sales to showcase implementation capabilities.</li><li>Provide tailored implementation plans for new business opportunities.</li></ul><h2>Required Experience &amp; Skills</h2><ul><li>in logistics, freight forwarding, or international supply chain.</li><li>Strong project management experience; PMP or similar preferred.</li><li>Experience working with strategic clients and new supply chain solutions.</li><li>Proficient in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint.</li><li>Knowledge of IT/EDI integrations.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage cross-functional teams.</li><li>Operational background across ocean, air, customs, and inland transport.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.</li><li>Self-starter with drive, initiative, and attention to detail.</li></ul>This role allows the selected candidate to work from home 2 days per week as part of our flexible work policy.Company Benefits:MedicalDentalVision401k + Company MatchEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid Time OffAnd more!Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000**The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position.
