Remote candidates must be physically located within <b>Ontario, Canada.</b></div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Assess employers’ organizational needs and analyze their workforce challenges related to occupational stressors and design responsive solutions</li><li>Manage client and stakeholder relationships to establish and maintain alignment and value delivery throughout the lifecycle of a consultation project</li><li>Design surveys and analyze data to develop insights and recommendations for the client that yield improved employee well-being and business outcomes</li><li>Lead, develop and present proposals for business development activities</li><li>Independently curate high-quality source material and create educational content for a variety of formats and channels</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>5+ years of relevant industry and consulting experience</li><li>Expertise in Occupational Health and Safety and Psychosocial Risk Management</li><li>Entrepreneurial approach and self-starter, with a strong ability navigate ambiguity</li><li>Strong research and analytical skills</li><li>Strong interpersonal/team skills, high E.Q.</li><li>Team player and dedicated to incorporating feedback from key stakeholders</li><li>Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment </li><li>Fluency in PowerPoint and MS Excel</li><li>Familiarity with most commonly used corporate webinar platforms, including Zoom, Google Hangouts, Teams, and Cisco Webex</li></ul><div><span></span><span>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
