Our Center of Excellence for Neurodiversity offers neuropsychological assessments, diagnosis, with tailored care for ADHD, and support for autism and learning differences. We are looking for a </span><b>full-time Neuropsychologist</b><span> who is passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care to join our clinical team. Candidates with an independent work ethic who are flexible and adaptable, we encourage you to apply. </span></div><h3>Key responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Provide comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for clients of all ages, in collaboration with their families and/or other collateral sources</li><li>Interpret a wide variety of psychological and neuropsychological test batteries, with occasional direct test administration</li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert in the use and interpretation of neuropsychological assessments</li><li>Supervise and oversee the work of the patient’s assigned psychometrist to ensure accurate and reliable data collection</li><li>Complete detailed neuropsychological evaluation reports and prepare separate brief summary documents tailored for clients, families, and referring providers</li><li>Conduct clear, supportive feedback sessions to explain findings, diagnoses, and personalized recommendations</li><li>Collaborate with the patient’s care team (psychiatrist, care manager, and/or mental health wellness coach) to inform and coordinate treatment planning</li><li>Comfortable conducting virtual sessions, both asynchronously and synchronously, while maintaining high standards of care</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Doctorate degree in Psychology from an American Psychological Association accredited program</li><li>One year predoctoral internship with specialization in neuropsychology preferred</li><li>Two year postdoctoral fellowship with specialization in neuropsychology preferred</li><li>An equivalent combination of experience, supervision, or training will be considered on a case-by-case basis</li><li>Licensed in California or New York preferred</li><li>PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred</li><li>Experience conducting testing virtuallyFamiliarity with online web-based applications</li><li>Experience working in a virtual office situation</li><li>Effective therapeutic communication skills</li></ul><h3>As a full-time, remote Neuropsychologist, you will be employed by Lyra Clinical Associates P.C.
