Lyra is transforming access to life-changing mental health care through Lyra Empower, the only fully integrated, AI-powered platform combining the highest-quality care and technology solutions.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>About the Role</b></div><div><span>The Clinical Consultant is responsible for ensuring that clinical therapists and coaches are well-equipped to provide quality clinical care to members and sets the tone for the team, fostering unity and shared purpose toward achieving quality goals.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>This role is a great fit if</b><span> you’re a clinical expert operating at the top of your license, and are excited to lead by demonstrating a strong commitment to the organization’s values, mission, and objectives. </span></div><div><br /></div><div><b><i>**Work hours include Monday - Friday 11 AM - 8PM PST/ 2 PM to 11 PM EST**</i></b></div><div><br /></div><div><i><b>Candidates must successfully pass a drug screen and background check prior to employment for this role</b></i></div><div><br /></div><h3>Responsibilities </h3><ul><li>Help to identify qualified candidates and participate in the interview process</li><li>Assist in training and onboarding for new and existing therapists</li><li>Reinforce processes that familiarize new therapists with core programs, company standards, and expectations</li><li>Ensure that therapists align with evidence-based protocols and industry best practices</li><li>Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment where all therapists are engaged, valued, and supported</li><li>Provide ongoing leadership and support through check-ins, async, and one-on-one sessions</li><li>Assist in monitoring and evaluating therapists’ performance to ensure high-quality care delivery</li><li>Stay up-to-date on the latest research and trends in behavioral health</li><li>Maintain an active caseload of members using evidence-based practices</li><li>Participate in the development of new care programs, resources, and clinical enhancements</li></ul><h3>Qualifications </h3><ul><li>Masters or Doctoral level degree in psychology or related mental health field</li><li>Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license (i.e., able to work independently without supervision from a licensed supervisor) without current, past, or pending disciplinary action </li><li>Experience and commitment to providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices (e.g., measurement based care, promoting skills practice)  </li><li>Experience providing clinical consultation, supervision, and training to mental health therapists</li><li>Experience with people management strongly preferred</li><li>Experience with a pediatric mental health population strongly preferred</li><li>Experience providing telehealth therapy services in a virtual environment (video and teletherapy) preferred but not required</li><li>Computer and live video tools literacy (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets, DoxyMe, Skype, etc.)</li><li>Candidates must successfully pass a drug screen and background check prior to employment for this role</li><li>Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week</li><li>Availability to work evening hours, potential opportunity to work Saturdays</li><li>Full-time resident of the United States</li></ul><h3>As a full-time, remote Clinical Consultant, you will be employed by Lyra Clinical Associates P.C.
