You’ll own experiences end to end — from framing problems and surfacing user needs to delivering polished, dev-ready designs — in close partnership with product, engineering, and other functions.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving real user problems, can operate independently in a defined space, and wants to grow their influence across craft, collaboration, and product thinking.</span></div><h3>What You’ll Be Doing</h3><ul><li>Design end-to-end user experiences, from early discovery and low-fidelity exploration to detailed, dev-ready execution.</li><li>Stay deeply connected to user needs through research, interviews, testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Translate insights into clear, usable, and delightful solutions — designing for multiple states, edge cases, and accessibility needs.</li><li>Collaborate with PMs and engineers to frame problems and identify the right solutions.</li><li>Prototype and test concepts quickly using the appropriate fidelity and tools.</li><li>Contribute to our design system, ensuring patterns are reusable, accessible, and well-documented.</li><li>Share work early and often: give and receive feedback, participate in critique, and help uplevel team quality.</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience in product design</li><li>Strong experience designing and shipping digital products in cross-functional teams.</li><li>A portfolio that highlights user-centered problem solving, strong UX thinking, and high-quality craft.</li><li>Proficiency in Figma, with comfort in component libraries, prototyping, and design tokens.</li><li>Clear, confident communication of design decisions, user needs, and tradeoffs.</li><li>A keen eye for visual and interaction design, with the judgment to know when to polish and when to ship.</li><li>Curiosity, empathy, and a drive to improve user outcomes through design.</li></ul><div><span><b>Join us in shaping the future of real estate</b></span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>The real estate industry is in the midst of a seismic shift, and the future belongs to those who break new ground.
