If building systems, processes, and operations that scale is your jam — come help us level up our product engine.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span><b>What You’ll Own</b></span></div><div><span>Over your first 6–12 months, you’ll be the go-to driver of product operations, with a focus on making research, insight, and tooling frictionless. Key responsibilities:</span></div><div><br /></div><div>• <span><b>Streamline the user research pipeline.</b> Audit current workflows, remove bottlenecks, design scalable ops (recruiting participants, research scheduling, synthesis, insight distribution).</span></div><div>• <span><b>Be the tooling architect.</b> Own requirements, evaluation, and rollout of tools like Pendo, Mixpanel, Dovetail, or alternatives. Ensure the right mix of tooling across usage, experimentation, user feedback, and research.</span></div><div>• <span><b>Define the “what and why” for the Product Intelligence roadmap.</b> Act as the bridge between analytics, product, and ops — prioritize features, translate stakeholder needs, and champion impact.</span></div><div>• <span><b>Process &amp; systems design for cross-functional velocity.</b> Build frameworks and operations that reduce friction between Product, Marketing, CS, Design, etc. Ensure launches are smoother, feedback loops are tight, responsibilities are clear.</span></div><div>• <span><b>Hands-on execution &amp; prototyping.</b> Use AI tools, automation, scripts, dashboards, etc., to prototype new processes or tooling.
