We deeply care about our people and the philosophy we live by - check out <a href="https://blog.lumos.com/p/the-anatomy-of-an-alchemist" target="_blank">our values here</a>.</li> </ul> </div></div><h3>🌎 About the Role</h3> <p>We’re looking for a <strong>Lead</strong> <strong>Platform Product Manager</strong> to lead the development of the core services that power our Identity Governance &amp; Administration (IGA) capabilities.</p> <p>This role is focused not on feature development for the IGA UI, but on building and scaling shared identity services—such as identity, application, account, and entitlement models—and the performant aggregation, correlation, and exposure of that data via APIs. You’ll define and scale the foundational capabilities used by both our internal product teams and customers integrating Lumos into their existing ecosystems.</p> <p>You’ll report directly to the Head of Product and partner closely with engineering, architecture, and security leaders to build reliable, scalable systems that underpin the entire IGA experience.</p> <h3>✨ Your Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Platform Ownership</strong>: Own and evolve the architecture of core identity models (identity, account, entitlement, application), ensuring they scale and remain performant as we onboard increasingly complex enterprise customers.</li> <li><strong>Data Aggregation &amp; Correlation</strong>: Define and prioritize how Lumos ingests and normalizes data from disparate sources.
