<div>The Senior Software Implementation Engineer is responsible for the technical configuration of the Lumin Digital banking product and the conversion of data into the platform. This role involves consulting with clients on technical components from implementation kickoff through production launch and providing custom solutions using Lumin Digital’s SDK. The ideal candidate will bring a strong software technical background, analytical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Essential Functions, Responsibilities, Experience:</b></div><div>Configure the digital banking product during and after implementation to meet client needs.</div><div>Serve as a technical advisor to clients and internal services teams throughout the implementation process.</div><div>Collaborate with development, services, product, and support teams as part of cross-functional efforts.</div><div>Create implementation documentation and task lists for digital banking features.</div><div>Identify and lead improvements to organizational best practices to enhance delivery efficiency.</div><div>Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues affecting deadlines.</div><div>Manage and support data conversion efforts for client launches, vendor changes, and mergers or acquisitions.</div><div>Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues, ensuring timely resolution.</div><div>Support production operations by addressing technical challenges as needed.</div><div><br /></div><div>Where the Role Will Grow:</div><div>30 Days: Gain a thorough understanding of the Lumin Digital platform, SDK, and implementation processes. Begin assisting with client implementations and resolving technical issues.</div><div>90 Days: Take ownership of key configuration and data conversion tasks, proactively identifying risks and recommending solutions.</div><div>1 Year: Lead complex client implementations, contribute to organizational best practices, and mentor junior team members.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Knowledge, Skills, &amp; Abilities:</b></div><div>Advanced implementation or development experience in digital banking or financial services.</div><div>Knowledge of cloud-native technologies (e.g., Kibana, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS).</div><div>Proficiency with microservice architecture.</div><div>Strong experience using relational databases, including SQL.</div><div>Proficiency with agile project management tools, such as JIRA.</div><div>Strong communication and presentation skills.</div><div>Ability to multitask, prioritize, problem solve, and work independently in high-pressure environments.</div><div>Experience leading requirement-gathering meetings and providing estimates for custom requests.</div><div>Ability to design, develop, document, and modify software systems.</div><div>Strong peer review skills to ensure code quality and maintainability.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Education: </b></div><div>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.</div><div>In lieu of a degree, five years of work experience in the software industry will be considered.</div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div><b>Travel: </b></div><div>Minimal, generally 12 days or less per year, ~2X team get togethers a year</div><div><br /></div>
