The developer platform team focuses on designing, building, and maintaining the core infrastructure and tools that enable other software development teams to work efficiently, securely, and reliably. Key responsibilities include creating scalable, automated CI/CD pipelines, developing self-service tools, fostering collaboration, and mentoring other engineers to improve the overall developer experience and operational excellence. This role requires strong technical leadership, expertise in distributed systems, and a product-oriented mindset to treat the developer platform as a product for internal users. We are looking for a technical leader who has a deep understanding of distributed systems, and hands-on experience in large-scale backend services, Kubernetes, gRPC and service mesh. You will be responsible for designing the architecture and leading the team to deliver a modern platform that powers all LTK’s internal services.
