This is a critical leadership role that will drive forward our vision to create deeper, more seamless connections between premium lifestyle Creators and the Brands they work with. This role was created to unify design leadership across our Creator and Brand experiences, unlocking opportunities for strategic alignment, better collaboration, and more impactful execution. Reporting to the VP, Product Design, this person will oversee approximately 6 product designers, working alongside Staff Product Designers to elevate the craft, clarity, and performance of the team. Youll partner closely with product managers, engineering leads, and stakeholders across both domains to improve processes, build strategy, and ensure our design work drives measurable impact.
