Lever by Movoto is a high-performance real estate operations platform designed to empower agents, teams, and brokerages with world-class tools, systems, and support. Lever is redefining how individual agent systems and services scale together in real estate. As Manager, Agent Database Services, you will lead the strategy, development, and maintenance of Lever’s database architecture. This role will oversee all aspects of our database playbooks, including data integrity, performance optimization, and integration with our agents’ own systems, while ensuring usability and scalability across various platforms.
