Your ImpactThe Sr. Manager, Retail Media Planning &amp; Strategy is a strategic leader within our Retail Media Network (RMN), who is responsible for developing, overseeing, and optimizing omni-channel media plans for brand advertisers across digital, in-store, and offsite environments. This role is crucial in connecting retail data, customer insights, and marketing strategy to drive measurable business outcomes for both brand partners and our retail enterprise. The Sr. Manager, Media Planning &amp; Strategy will lead a team of planners, collaborate cross-functionally with sales, analytics, and external vendors, and play a key role in scaling our media offering with a focus on innovation, performance, and client satisfaction. This individual’s key skills set includes a deep knowledge of media mix modeling, paid media platforms, programmatic buying, and audience segmentation as well as proven leadership experience managing teams and collaborating cross-functionally. The Sr. Manager, Media Planning &amp; Strategy must also have excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing senior-level stakeholders.  What You Will DoMedia Planning &amp; Strategy<div><ul><li>Lead the end-to-end media planning process for top-tier brand partners across display, search, social, video, in-store, and offsite media. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Translate top tier client briefs and business goals into strategic, data-driven media recommendations that align with RMN capabilities. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Develop full-funnel, audience-first media strategies using proprietary customer data, purchase behavior, and retailer KPIs. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensure all plans meet ROI, performance, and measurement goals, adjusting tactics as necessary. </li></ul></div>Client &amp; Stakeholder Management<div><ul><li>Serve as the strategic media point of contact for key brand partners, internal client leads, and sales teams. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Collaborate with Sales to present media plans and campaign strategies in a compelling and consultative manner. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Guide internal partners (Creative, Analytics, Account Management) to align on campaign deliverables and timelines. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Partner with Sales to develop our national agency footprint through creating key partnerships with SSPs as well as being the main point of contact for audience or data related questions. </li></ul></div>Team Leadership &amp; Development<div><ul><li>Manage and mentor a team of U.S. media planners, providing coaching, development plans, and performance feedback. Partner closely with global planners in Bangalore. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Establish and implement best practices for media planning operations and processes to improve quality, speed, and consistency. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Foster a collaborative team culture focused on innovation, accountability, and results. </li></ul></div>Optimization &amp; Measurement<div><ul><li>Regularly produce with the support of Consumer Insights LMN category benchmarks, media insights, and LMN specific trend analysis both for internal and external use and consumption to improve overall campaign performance. Collaborate with Analytics teams to develop testing frameworks, set KPIs, and derive insights from campaign performance. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Partner with Activation team to identify opportunities to optimize existing campaigns and inform future planning cycles. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Contribute to development of standardized reporting and performance dashboards. </li></ul></div>Innovation &amp; Product Development<div><ul><li>Stay current on trends in retail media, programmatic, and audience-based buying to inform media strategy. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Provide feedback to Product and Tech teams on planning tools and audience segmentation features. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Participate in go-to-market strategy and development of new RMN ad products. </li></ul></div>Minimum Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Finance, Advertising, Analytics in a related field or equivalent experience ​</li><li>8+ years of Full Funnel Media Strategy and/or planning with 3+ years in a Retail Media, CPG or agency environment</li><li>8+ years experience with media planning tools (e.g. Placements, DV360, The Trade Desk, etc. and retail data platforms</li><li>8+ years of People Management</li></ul>Preferred Skills/Education ​• Masters Degree - MBA, Marketing or in a related field or equivalent experience ​• 10 years of Digital Marketing Analytics Experience • 8+ years of Presenting to or working with CPG, D2C, or specialty commerce brands• 8 years of Campaign Management &amp; Media Operations• IAB-Digital Media Sales Certification• Google Analytics Certification• Trade Desk Certified: Data Driven PlanningAbout Lowe’sLowe’s Companies, Inc.
