Your Impact The primary purpose of this role is to maintain key national pro accounts that are large entities, associations, and GPOs. This position fosters key relationships and ensures that the customers needs are being met in order to increase Lowes market share in the pro services industry. What You Will Do<ul><li>Oversees and manages key relationships with large-opportunity clients, associations, and GPOs to ensure that their service needs are fulfilled to their satisfaction</li><li>Ensures through quality service that the contractual agreements between Lowes and the customer are being met in order to mitigate risk, reduce liability, and maximize demonstrative leverage for Lowes</li><li>Responsible for growing new business, providing support and finalization for the closing of key accounts as needed as well as identifying new sales segments for pre-existing clientele</li><li>Leads ProServices efforts to integrate business opportunities generated by Lowes New Business Development team</li><li>Utilizes target marketing opportunities and field partnership connectivity to strengthen the ProServices segment within the Lowes enterprise</li><li>Optimizes the return on each client by understanding their needs and looking to grow the Lowes ProServices offerings they can give them</li><li>Possesses a general understanding of the legal ramifications of accounts, so that Lowes legal resources are not misused in reviewing accounts that would pose a liability</li><li>Works cross-functionally to develop and implement selling and fulfillment solutions</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelors Degree in a Business or equivalent experience</li><li>5 Years Outside sales, government, national, account-selling experience</li><li>5+ years people-leadership </li></ul>Preferred Skills/Education<ul><li>Masters Degree MBA or equivalent experience</li><li>5+ years that point to high-performance leadership</li></ul> About Lowe’sLowe’s Companies, Inc.
