In the Customer Solutions Associate role you will help support a number of AI initiatives, as well as work directly with LogRocket customers, collect customer feedback, and help expand LogRocket’s product offerings. If this sounds like you, let’s talk!</div><h3>Role</h3><ul><li>Execute on product initiatives and LogRocket customer requests</li><li>Become a LogRocket expert, leveraging LogRocket to help customers get the most value from the platform</li><li>Guide customers on best practices and help them to answer wide-ranging questions </li><li>Collect customer feedback and help improve LogRocket’s product offerings</li><li>Assist with data labeling and AI model training efforts</li><li>Build and optimize internal processes</li><li>Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to guide product roadmaps</li></ul><h3>What were looking for</h3><ul><li>3+ years experience in an Operations, Data Analytics, or technical role and/or at a tech startup</li><li>Experience with data analysis, SQL, or buildings AI tools </li><li>Software development experience is a plus.
