This position will work with our Load Management team to track our carriers and provide updates to our customers in a timely manner to ensure we provide the best-in class customer service. </span></div><h3>WHAT YOU GET TO DO:</h3><ul><li>Utilize phone, email, SMS and other messaging tools to consistently and proactively communicate with carriers partners and drivers to confirm and track load events in process</li><li>Consistently meet performance expectations in service, and tracking</li><li>Identify and Report to key stakeholders any delays or issues with upcoming, active or passed loads</li><li>Support customer specific service level agreements for our top shippers</li><li>Use critical thinking to identify and forecast potential challenges with load operations</li><li>Support and operate with urgency, the track and trace of shipments to ensure service expectations are met</li><li>Proactively gather necessary information and drive urgency to our carrier partners on upcoming load events</li><li>Manage communication and resolve load challenges when they arise</li><li>Provide carrier feedback to the carrier rep to continuously improve our core operations, carrier experience and shipper needs</li><li>Collaborate with team members on the Sales and Ops teams to provide a smooth delivery for our freight</li></ul><h3>YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE:</h3><ul><li>1+ year of customer service experience</li><li>Brokerage experience preferred but not required </li><li>Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Fluent in English - verbal and written</li></ul><div><b>WORKING AT LOADSMART: </b></div><div><br /></div><div>• Competitive base salaries - we believe in rewarding top talent </div><div>• Loadie Time Off - PTO and sick days without a limit</div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div>At Loadsmart, we believe our biggest asset is our people.
