The Sales Development team is the glue between marketing and sales, responsible for carrying the baton from marketing lead to sales opportunity.  SDRs will fuel the pipelines of our Commercial Leads through inbound and outbound activities.  SDRs engage with prospects to uncover business needs and introduce them to LiveRamps Product Lines. SDRs will learn and grow and are the future Sales Executives of LiveRamp!

You will:

  • Ongoing training and coaching of SDR team members to ensure high-quality calls, e-mails and prospect interactions

  • Ensure that the team is following up on all Marketing Qualified Leads in a timely manner

  • On-board and train new SDR hires with best practices around leveraging lead generation tools including Salesloft, Salesforce, Demandbase, Drift and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Ensure SDR team meets its opportunity goals and are hitting their assigned activity metrics

  • Develop strong working relationships across internal functions (sales, marketing, operations, etc.)

  • Route information to the appropriate sales professional and ensure all SDRs are providing accurate notes and activity updates on SFDC

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product, process, and the market 

  • Analyze data to maintain best practices in outbound prospecting, cadences, and touch points.

  • Strategize on team performance, organization, best practices, and alignment with Sales

  • Report weekly metrics to key stakeholders

  • Create, test, and optimize cadences

  • Location: work in the heart of San Francisco 

Your team will: 

The SDR team is a critical part of the Liveramp sales engine. The team will be driving new logo adoption and driving growth across key product offerings through cross-selling. 

About you: 

  • 3+ years business development and/or sales or inside sales experience

  • 2+ years as a BDR/SDR Manager or equivalent role at a SaaS company

  • Ability to motivate individuals from diverse backgrounds towards a common goal

  • Highly analytical - knowing how to measure success of different methods of outreach

  • Experience selling Enterprise software

  • Be highly organized and autonomous in a fast-moving organization

  • Exhibit entrepreneurial and self-motivational qualities

  • Experience scaling a team and multiplying pipeline

  • Have had a seat at the Leadership table

  • Ability to work in the heart of San Francisco 

Bonus Points:

  • Previous success prospecting/selling into marketing teams.

  • Familiarity with Salesloft, Salesforce, Gsuite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Drift

The approximate annual base compensation range is $118,000 to $130,500. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicants experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
