Our platform integrates data from various sources (tracking codes, chats, tickets, custom data) and transforms it into a unified customer profile.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>Within this platform, the Customer List sub-team</b><span> focuses on real-time visitor intelligence. We surface valuable, live information about visitors browsing our customers websites. Our backend infrastructure handles high-throughput data streams using Kafka and WebSocket pushes, processing over 1 million visitors at peak times.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>Our frontend is responsible for consuming thousands of real-time events, transforming them into clear, responsive, and insightful user experiences. Our mission is to tame the stream of live data and make it actionable - delivering the kind of visibility that helps our customers make smart, timely decisions.</span></div><h3>You will be responsible for:</h3><ul><li>Developing and enhancing features on the <b>Traffic Page</b>, <b>Customer Details Sidebar</b>, and other future components owned by the Customer Data Platform <a href="http://team.Monitoring">team.</a></li><li>Monitoring and Improving  TextApp architecture, including optimizing app performance and reducing security vulnerabilities.</li><li>Designing technical solutions from the ground up—<b>architecting, implementing, and monitoring</b> them.</li><li>Actively engaging in <b>product discovery</b>: breaking down problems, suggesting practical solutions, and delivering them in small, testable increments.</li><li>Participating in <b>engineering discussions</b>, proposing improvements to processes and best practices.</li></ul><h3>You may be a good fit for this role if you:</h3><ul><li>Are <b>a frontend expert</b> with deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js. </li><li><b>Have experience working with large-scale systems, including complex state management, WebSockets, and real-time <a href="http://updates.Know">updates.</a></b></li><li>Know how to write robust unit tests (Jest) and integration tests (Playwright)Are confident in using and debugging REST APIs.</li><li>Thrive in a fast-paced, continuous deployment environment using tools like GitHub Actions and feature flags.</li><li>Embrace modern AI tooling or agent workflows as a daily productivity enhancer.</li><li>Take initiative—you don’t wait for tasks, you find problems and solve them.</li><li>Have basic experience with Node.js or Golang in backend systems—comfortable enough to deploy your own changes to REST APIs.</li></ul>
