Lithia &amp; Driveway is looking for a Treasury Administrator to join our growing team and support our financial operations across North America.Our Treasury team is inclusive, collaborative, and focused on excellence—and were looking for individuals who are proactive, organized, and eager to grow with us.What You’ll Do<ul><li>Process, research, and organize a variety of payments across the Lithia &amp; Driveway network</li><li>Perform daily treasury and financial accounting tasks with precision and consistency</li><li>Manage electronic funds movement and ensure proper documentation is maintained</li><li>Investigate and resolve banking and corporate financial issues</li><li>Prepare journal entries for bank account and intercompany transactions</li><li>Reconcile dealership bank statements; record accurate entries and adjustments</li><li>Review and resolve errors on bank fee and analysis statements</li><li>Communicate clearly with dealerships on Treasury and banking-related activities</li><li>Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities</li><li>Provide research and support for banking inquiries including chargebacks and reconciliations</li><li>Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when needed</li><li>Participate in special projects and additional duties as assigned</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>1+ years of experience in a Treasury, Finance, or Accounting-related role</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a passion for getting things right</li><li>Working knowledge of treasury and financial accounting principles</li><li>Excellent written, verbal, and asynchronous communication skills</li><li>High level of curiosity, accountability, and time management</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure</li><li>Experience with Kyriba is a plus, but not required</li></ul>We offer best in class industry benefits:<ul><li>Competitive pay</li><li>Medical, Dental and Vision Plans</li><li>Paid Holidays &amp; PTO</li><li>Short and Long-Term Disability</li><li>Paid Life Insurance</li><li>401(k) Retirement Plan</li><li>Employee Stock Purchase Plan</li><li>Lithia Learning Center</li><li>Vehicle Purchase Discounts</li><li>Wellness Programs</li></ul> High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
