Once the data team has created metrics, then Lightdash enables self-serve for the entire business, so your data is accessible to the whole team.We’re helping data teams build data-driven companies so they can make better decisions, faster.<h3>Role Overview</h3>In this role, you’ll be talking and demoing to our customers and building relationships for the future too. Youll be running technical demos of the product, and be a product expert for our customers. As our first dedicated sales hire at Lightdash, youll be a builder-seller hybrid, working to transform our early customer wins into a structured, repeatable sales motion. Youll work directly with the CEO to establish our core sales framework while actively selling.<h3>What youll be doing</h3><ul><li>Help bring leads from our open-source ecosystem into the sales funnel</li><li>Running product demos on your own without sales engineers - our customers love us since we speak data, well expect you to be able to do this too. </li><li>Own the full sales cycle while documenting what works to create a scalable process for sales</li><li>Provide voice-of-customer feedback to product team</li><li>Contribute to sales collateral for future deals</li><li>Help test and validate new sales approaches</li></ul><h3>Required Experience &amp; Skills</h3><ul><li>3+ years of technical B2B startup sales experience</li><li>Strong analytical and documentation abilities</li><li>Excellent communication across technical/business stakeholders</li><li>Youve owned customer relationships in the past, selling $20k-100k+ ACV deals</li></ul><h3>Nice to have</h3><ul><li>Data driven curiosity and interest in data and analytics</li><li>Interest in data and analytics</li><li>Experience with outbound prospecting</li></ul>
