The Growth Manager role will focus primarily on Demand and Supply product  initiatives and collaborate with various revenue teams across the company to drive impact and improvement to Liftoff’s overall business initiatives. This role will be a key stakeholder in the design, rollout and adoption of new processes and products in addition to enhancing existing ones. The ideal candidate will need to apply a blend of strategy, project management, product collaboration and analytics. As a member of the Growth team, you will act as the “glue” for major initiatives that have stakeholders across the company. This role will be based in the US.  Responsibilities <ul> <li>Support global product and process rollouts from ideation to GTM strategy  </li> <li>Leverage a deep understanding of the intersection of supply demand, operations and product to support and in some cases, drive complex projects related to new product launches, company initiatives and revenue growth</li> <li>Partner with product, sales and engineering to advance Liftoff’s strategic initiatives</li> <li>Leverage expert project management skills to hold commercial and product teams accountable and ensure a wide range of projects are moving forward as planned</li> <li>Collect and share customer and industry insights with commercial teams to help guide company strategy </li> </ul> Requirements <ul> <li>4+ years of ever-increasing responsibility in a product, strategic sales and/or analytical role within a mobile-focused tech company or in a strategic consulting environment</li> <li>BS/BA required—business and/or analytical degree preferred</li> <li>In-depth understanding of advertising technology, mobile monetization strategies, performance marketing and the mobile app ecosystem at large. </li> <li>Experience supporting commercial GTM strategies and strategic projects from beginning to end</li> <li>Excellent partnership and diplomatic skills to lead and drive a wide range of cross-company or team initiatives</li> <li>Ability to create a performance and metrics-focused culture. Compensation: Liftoff offers all employees a full compensation package that includes equity and health/vision/dental benefits associated with your country of residence. Base compensation will vary based on candidate location and experience.
