Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Redwood City, CA, Liftoff has a diverse, global presence. <h3>About the Demand Team:</h3> We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Demand team with a focus on growing advertiser spend, expanding our Demand team, and collaborating with our broader commercial organization to drive product and creative innovation. The Demand team plays a crucial role in our companys revenue, and your responsibility will be to enhance team growth and foster valuable partnerships with advertisers. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Work with the Head of Demand and Regional Demand Leads to drive our advertiser growth strategy, report internally on advertiser performance wins and challenges. </li> <li>Forecast revenue and manage a pipeline of potential and current business. </li> <li>Be fully responsible for growing revenue from mature and emerging advertisers. </li> <li>Engage in daily contact with key clients, attend meetings collaboratively with reports and cross-functional team members.</li> <li>Lead customer-facing communication for performance updates, including QBRs &amp; other strategic meetings.</li> <li>Collaborate with the Operations and Creative teams to implement growth strategies. Create, run tests, and implement changes that increase profits and meet our clients needs.</li> <li>Initiate performance investigations and work with Operations teams to tackle those and communicate any findings back to the client.</li> <li>Work closely with internal teams (Supply, Legal, and Finance) to lead investment and legal approvals/renewals, structuring deals that maximize revenue for all constituents and entice clients to work with us.</li> <li>Synthesize customer feedback and help inform the product roadmap.</li> <li>Be a self-motivated problem solver with outstanding attention to detail.</li> <li>Identify key areas of revenue opportunity in the industry and within the region. </li> <li>Attending industry events to evangelize Liftoff and our technology.</li> </ul> Requirements: <ul> <li>An ambitious, forward-thinking individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to make an immediate impact.</li> <li> Well-developed negotiation/influencing skills with an ability to influence at the executive management level using an analytical approach to problem solving.</li> <li>A proficient knowledge of data analysis and visualization.</li> <li>High-level client-facing skills; explaining complex technical concepts, negotiation, and strategic direction</li> <li>Solid stakeholder management when working with clients and internal teams </li> <li> A deep relationship builder with the ability to communicate skillfully with clients, peers, management, and other internal teams.</li> <li>Familiarity with advertising technology platforms, ad networks, programmatic buying, or similar digital advertising tools and methodologies.</li> <li>Proven ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement strategies to overcome challenges successfully.</li> <li>Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets or revenue goals consistently. </li> <li>Comfortable working autonomously, as well as part of a team.</li> <li>2 - 3 years of relevant new business sales or sales account management experience; preference for those managing a sizable quota or quarterly target.</li> <li>BS / BA required - analytical degree preferred.</li> <li>Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required for internal and business engagements</li> </ul> <hr /> Location: This role is eligible for full-time remote work in one of our entities: CA, CO, ID, IL, FL, GA, MA, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NV, NY, OR, PA, TX, UT, and WA. Compensation: Liftoff offers all employees a full compensation package that includes equity and health/vision/dental benefits associated with your country of residence. Compensation will vary based on candidate location and experience. This is an individual contributor role in our Revenue organization; compensation is comprised of base and variable.
