Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will play an empowered individual contributor playing a significant role in ensuring our marketing planning and execution is optimized, efficient and impactful. Your role will be broad and encompass several areas critical to the success of the team. </p> <p>The US-based salary range for this position is $165,000 to $242,500. We take into consideration an individuals background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Refine, optimize and iterate on our integrated marketing planning model for both large campaign development and “evergreen” quarterly activity. </li> <li>Lead/moderate cross-discipline marketing planning sessions in service of the operating model and process set for those campaigns and initiatives.</li> <li>Work closely with Finance to ensure marketing costs are kept in-line with budgets across T&amp;E and other working and non-working marketing investment areas.</li> <li>Serve as project lead and co-editor of the Marketing team’s Quarterly Business Preview” and “Quarterly Business Review” deliverables.</li> <li>“Quarterback” the Marketing team’s process and deliverable construction for Long Range Planning and our Annual Planning process.</li> <li>Ensure marketing deliverables are comprehensive, on-time and executed with excellence, spanning from weekly updates to Life360 Operating Groups to our monthly email newsletter to the company to Board of Directors meeting materials.</li> <li>Flag marketing processes in need of improvement and use agency to surface potential solutions and recommendations.</li> </ul> <h3>What We’re Looking For</h3> <ul> <li>10+ years of Marketing Planning and Operations role (“Strategy &amp; Ops” may also be a common title).</li> <li>Exceptional communication skills.
