All insurance representatives need to hold a Property &amp; Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, no worries, paid training also includes licensing!<ul><li>Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.</li><li>Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.</li><li>No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.</li><li>Opportunities for rewards and recognition.</li><li>Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time. Example 11am-8pm (CST). This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.</li><li>All computer equipment is provided. You must be able to maintain department. Work at home (W@H) requirements which include a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and wired (cable, fiber of DSL service) high-speed internet connection with a minimum 100 MBps download speed and 20 MBps upload speed. Liberty Mutual does not support satellite and mobile internet service.</li></ul></div>Qualifications<div><ul><li>2-3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.</li><li>Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales</li><li>Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers </li><li>Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills</li><li>Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency</li><li>Property and Casualty Insurance License.
