With over 30 million users worldwide and counting, were just getting started.About the Role:We are looking for an AI-literate, fast-paced Product Marketing Manager to amplify our new tech as it comes to market. This role will make a significant contribution to our GTM, tackling everything from positioning, messaging and audience insights through to high-impact launch comms and assets that resonate across all our market segments.Where You’ll Make Your Mark (and Grow Fast Doing It)<ul><li>Be an absolute Gen AI expert, fuelling your knowledge with market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to inform product messaging and launches.</li><li>Define the positioning and messaging strategy for new technology and features as they come to market, working in tight collaboration with Product, Design and AI research.</li><li>Develop high impact, multi-channel go-to-market plans for new products, in partnership with other PMMs and marketing team leads.</li><li>Collaborate with the wide marketing team, product management and business development to create compelling product educational content and marketing campaigns.</li><li>Monitor and analyse product performance, market trends, and customer feedback to optimise marketing strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with the BD team on key messaging, value propositions, competitive positioning and insights.</li><li>Establish key metrics to measure success and optimise marketing performance.</li><li>Work in close partnership with other PMMs and marketing team leads to develop processes that suit an AI-first business which is scaling fast.</li></ul>The Skills (and Mindset) We’re Looking For<ul><li>The ideal candidate will have proven experience in AI technologies as well as a strong track record in marketing strategy and execution.</li><li>Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging</li><li>Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills</li><li>Proven experience in working cross-functionally across marketing, product &amp; sales teams</li><li>Ability to analyse data, generate insights, and drive data-informed decisions</li><li>Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>A willingness to dive in from day 1 at both a strategic and an executional level</li><li>Experience with CRM strategy and analytics tools preferred</li></ul>Our Culture:<ul><li>Inclusive Culture: We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and empowered.
