As our Head of Product, you’ll be at the heart of that mission.This role will require relocation to Australia to join the rest of our leadership team and be colocated with your team.Sitting on our Senior Leadership Team, you’ll work in close partnership with our Chief Product Officer to shape our AI features through driving our product roadmap and leading the product function across B2C and B2B.You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales and our C-Suite - scoping, experimenting, validating and building market leading design features for our users.We’re in one of the fastest-evolving industries in the world, so we need a product leader who thrives in ambiguity, makes smart calls quickly, and builds teams that can do the same.What you’ll do:<ul><li>Embed our customer-led growth strategy by incorporating deep customer insights and engagement into product planning and prioritisation across your team.</li><li>Collaborate with our C-Suite on our product strategy, including roadmap planning, feature prioritisation, innovation opportunities and go-to-market strategies.</li><li>Lead, mentor and grow a talented team across Product and Technical Project Management who work in a Tribe structure, fostering a culture of teamwork, creativity, productivity and excellence.</li><li>Continuously analyse user feedback, market trends and competitive intelligence to inform product development decisions.</li><li>Build highly collaborative relationships with other leaders, primarily with the Engineering, Design and Marketing teams, aligning stakeholders around clear priorities and outcomes.</li></ul>Skills we like:<ul><li>Proven experience in leading a product function, driving product vision, strategy, value proposition and roadmap in a consumer technology brand with a large audience.</li><li>A skilled people leader who balances team performance and outcomes with a collaborative and inclusive work culture.</li><li>A track record of delivering intuitive technology products in the innovation space with an emphasis on B2C and B2B.</li><li>Strategic thinking grounded in user insight, competitive awareness and commercial context.</li><li>Embrace collaborative relationships with strategic partners and key customers to discover customer insights.</li><li>Strong communication and storytelling skills - you bring people on the journey with you.</li><li>Experience with AI-driven platforms is a strong plus.</li></ul>Whats in it for you?A range of benefits to set you up for every success in and outside of work.
