With over 30 million users worldwide and counting, were just getting started.The Role:The CRM Manager will be responsible for managing and optimising our customer relationship management strategies and systems. You will work closely with Product, Growth, Business Development &amp; the wider Marketing team to place and implement campaigns, improve customer journeys, and leverage data to maximise customer lifetime value.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage CRM strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.</li><li>Design automated workflows, triggers, and personalisation strategies to enhance customer experience.</li><li>Drive the ongoing growth of our always-on testing and optimisation strategy.</li><li>Segment user databases and design targeted, personalised campaigns to nurture leads and retain existing customers.</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing, BD, Product &amp; Growth teams to align on CRM initiatives with business objectives.</li><li>Monitor and analyse CRM metrics to optimise campaigns and workflows.</li><li>Manage Braze - our CRM platform - and key integrations, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.</li><li>Provide regular reports and insights on trends, campaign performance, and opportunities for growth.</li><li>Stay up to date with CRM best practices, emerging marketing automation trends, new opportunities on the Braze platform, and other relevant technologies.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>3+ years experience in CRM, marketing automation, or related roles.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.</li><li>Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses is a plus.</li><li>Hands-on experience using sophisticated CRM tools such as Braze, Salesforce, Emarsys, Oracle, Insider or Iterable.</li></ul>Our Culture:<ul><li>Inclusive Culture: We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and empowered.
