We value independent and critical thinking.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>We are looking for a gifted hands-on Fullstack Engineer Team Lead to join and lead our existing team at our Tel Aviv site.</b></div><div>The new team will work in cooperation with our Boston Fullstack team and our engineers in Tel Aviv.</div><div>The team will be required to build new features, maintain existing code as well as to create and execute a plan for re-architecting our frontend applications and front microservices so they stand in our high standards of security, scale and performance.</div><h3>This role will fit you well if you:</h3><ul><li>Are a Team player.</li><li>Feel strongly about pulling the team up to your standards rather than sinking to the status quo.</li><li>Communicate well with other engineers as well as product managers.</li><li>See coding as a craft and have high standards for well-architected, well-documented, modular, secure and readable code.</li><li>See the high value of automated tests and see it as a part of writing high quality code.</li><li>Take into account processes and tools when making decisions.</li><li>Love reading about new and useful technologies and implement them.</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>A CS/Engineering degree from a top university or an equivalent IDF background.</li><li><b>At least 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Engineer in a product company.</b></li><li><b>At least 1–2+ years of experience leading a team or mentoring engineers, with proven management and leadership skills.</b></li><li>Frontend: 3+ years of hands-on experience working in <b>React</b>.</li><li>Backend: 3+ years of hands-on experience working in <b>Node<a href="http://Node.js">.js</a></b> / <b>TypeScript</b> / <b>Python</b> or other backend technology.</li></ul><h3>Advantages:</h3><ul><li>Hands on experience in React.</li><li>Hands on experience with a frontend state management library such as Redux.</li><li>Worked in a fintech company in the past.</li></ul><div><b>What we offer:</b></div><div>- A culture that values product ownership, collaborative architectural planning, and building wins for your resume/portfolio as much as for the company.</div><div>- Smart, dynamic people with whom you can share the experience of building something unique.</div><div>- Competitive salary with opportunities for growth and advancement.</div><div><br /></div>
