<p><i>The National Security Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a full time Teleworker (Home Office) Senior Software Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the C-sUAS Engineering and Integration mission.  In this mission, our team is focused on providing engineering and integration support throughout the entire kill chain to 20+ C-sUAS sites globally. The primary project focus for this role is a C-sUAS software modernization/optimization and cloud deployment effort.</i></p><p></p><p><b>Basic Qualifications.</b></p><ul><li>Must possess and maintain active DoD Secret clearance or above to be considered for role. (US Citizenship required)</li><li>Experience Working with multiple programming languages</li><li>Experience with C based languages such as C++</li><li>Experience with Java</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and a strong problem-solving mindset</li><li>Familiarity with the Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence</li><li>Familiarity with Gitlab</li><li>Familiarity with Docker and Linux based containerization</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Qualifications. </b></p><ul><li>Experience in the C-sUAS Domain</li><li>Experience working on projects with a multitude of repositories</li><li>Experience implementing agile methodologies</li><li>Experience with Go, Python, Rust, or JavaScript</li><li>Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g., Sourcegraph) to develop software</li></ul><p></p><p>At Leidos, we don’t want someone who fits the mold—we want someone who melts it down and builds something better.
