Your greatest work is ahead!  </div><div>​ </div><div>​We are in search of an Deputy Program Manager (DPM) to join our Air Force Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) Base Infrastructure Modernization (BIM) program.  As a DPM, you will interface extensively with the Program Manager and Customer counterparts, as well as serve as a backup to the Program Manager. A primary role of the DPM will be to serve as Subcontracts Program Manager, coordinating with our Subcontracts team as well as the multiple Subcontractors supporting the program. This position is responsible for providing expertise and guidance for business operations, ensuring the program stays within budget and on schedule. The DPM will support deployment of modernized IT capabilities and be responsible for overseeing the transformation of Leidos modernized enterprise solutions into base operations. </div><div>​ </div><div>​Qualified candidates will have a strong technical background sufficient to understand the Governments requirements, and work closely with the Government and Leidos leadership to facilitate effective planning and accomplishment of mission objectives in a timely manner.  </div><div>​ </div><div>​In addition to developing solutions, you will help the Government customer understand the value and benefits of the Leidos solution, explain technical capabilities, features and transformation strategies and engage in proof of concepts. </div><div>​ </div><div>​  ​​Primary Responsibilities:</div><div><ul><li>​Support programmatic responsibility (cost, schedule, performance). </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>​Support managing the programs cost, ensuring proper staffing to execute the project and operate within the budget, and identifying and executing actions needed to mitigate any cost drivers. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>​Support financial performance (revenue, operating income, margin) against the Annual Operating Plan, focusing on maximizing profitability. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>​Deliver consistent performance to meet or exceed all contractual requirements. </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>​Work with the PM to coordinate, document, and communicate strategic and tactical priorities; back up the PM during required program reviews. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>​Build and maintain a trusted advisor relationship with Customers while developing a deep understanding of their priorities. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>​Comply with Customer and Government processes and ensure commitments are tracked in our forecasts. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>​Work collaboratively with Business Development and other marketing/capture support personnel to enable growth on the contract. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>​Manage the team to develop innovative solutions and pursue new and on-contract growth opportunities based on program and Customer priorities. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>​Manage work authorizations, approve timecards, and track charging time against the plan. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>​Manage the growth, performance, and professional development of staff. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>​Identify risks, resolve problems, and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>​Manage Subcontractor relationships and oversee staff augmentation. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>​Track funding of Subcontracts and approve Subcontractors invoices/timesheets. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>​Build a culture grounded in Leidos values, beliefs, expectations, and the highest standards of ethical and respectful behavior.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>​Lead a team of Leidos employees and Subcontractors.
