What youll doAs our Motion &amp; Graphic Designer, you’ll craft visual experiences that bring our brand, product, and purpose to life. From motion graphics and video editing to designing assets for multi-channel campaigns, you’ll help communicate complex ideas simply, clearly, and beautifully.Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing, and working closely with the UX and Design Lead, youll help ensure consistency across every visual touchpoint, from marketing campaigns to in-product experiences. Youll collaborate with teams across Marketing and Development to deliver high-impact creative that reflects our brand and drives engagement.To make this happen, you will:<ul> <li>Design and animate videos, social content, and product explainers that educate and inspire. </li> <li>Produce campaign assets across paid media, email, social, OOH, print and web, ensuring consistency and quality across every channel. </li> <li>Collaborate in Figma with the UX/UI team to align motion and visual language across brand and product. </li> <li>Work closely with developers and marketers to ensure smooth handover and high-quality implementation of your designs. </li> <li>Contribute to and refine design systems and brand guidelines, adding new components or patterns where needed.</li> <li>Manage file structure and version control across shared libraries, maintaining quality and scalability. </li> <li>Maintain and evolve shared templates, libraries, and design systems to support scalable, high-quality output.</li> </ul>What youll bringThis is a mid to senior-level role, were looking for someone with approximately 6 to 8 years of professional experience in motion and digital design, ideally across both marketing and product environments.
