Responsible for maintaining LEAP’s global standards of care and expertise, the team harnesses a deep and complex understanding of the intricacies of law across jurisdictions and over time – ensuring LEAP’s output is always current, compliant and appropriate. From database design to document management and legal research, we will create a streamlined and automated Personal Injury experience. As a result, LEAP helps law firms help people and make What youll do<ul> <li>Research forms, legislation, and legal processes relevant to Personal Injury. </li> <li>Create, update and deliver high quality automated legal forms and precedents for use by law firms.</li> <li>Use of dedicated automaton tools using the latest Microsoft technology to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organisational standards.</li> <li>Utilise JavaScript to enhance the functionality and interactivity of our forms and precedents, enabling dynamic content and customised user experiences (full training provided).</li> <li>Conduct thorough testing to ensure forms function correctly with the software, validating data entry fields, JavaScript elements and fixing any issues that arise.  </li> <li>Develop and maintain an outstanding knowledge of LEAP &amp; it’s companion products.</li> <li>Promote use of LEAP products &amp; drive adoption in Personal Injury.</li> <li>Ensure LEAP’s processes comply with up-to-date legislation within Personal Injury.</li> <li>Attend industry events to speak with existing customers and build strong relationships.</li> </ul> What youll bring<ul> <li>1-2 years’ experience working within Personal Injury.   </li> <li>Very comfortable using Microsoft Word.</li> <li>Experience of case management systems and document automation systems would be advantageous.</li> <li>A passion for technology.</li> <li>Ability to work on own initiative. </li> <li>Excellent organisational skills. </li> <li>Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal); skilled in dealing sensitively with clients.  </li> <li>A strong attention to detail.</li> </ul>LEAP is an inclusive, people-first company committed to breaking down institutional barriers that keep people from reaching their potential.
