KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIESStrategy Development<ul><li>Act as a key collaborator on the marketing demand generation strategy across digital channels [paid and earned media platforms] to achieve lead generation and pipeline goals.  </li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to action continuous growth across social platforms by playing a role as a content creator. </li><li>As a key stakeholder of the business unit’s social media content calendar, influence tools, tactics and campaign content for organic growth including campaign content and influencer programs.</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing Systems and Sales to target specific buyer personas (ICPs) based on business objectives.</li><li>Theoretical and hands-on budget management for all paid campaigns.</li></ul>Campaign Management<ul><li>Plan, implement, and monitor multi-channel campaigns (including paid search, social, display, and prospect email marketing.  </li><li>Own the performance of lead generation channels including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit, and highly-targeted campaigns.  </li><li>Collaborate with the creative and content marketing participants to produce compelling assets including landing pages and banners.  </li><li>Strategize journey workflows and influence improvements as needed.</li><li>Track, analyze, and report on social performance to quantify impact and drive actionable learnings.</li></ul>Lead Nurturing &amp; Conversation Optimization<ul><li>Collaborate with Marketing Systems to implement and optimize automated marketing workflows and nurture campaigns using tools like Marketing Cloud and Pardot.  </li><li>Drive conversion rate improvements across key touch points  including paid campaigns and associated landing pages.</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing Systems on paid campaigns and associated email flows using Pardot to track engagement and conversions.</li></ul>Data Analysis &amp; Reporting<ul><li>In tandem with paid campaign tools, apply strong ownership of Salesforce and Pardot to analyze daily lead activity and campaign performance data against pipeline and goals.  </li><li>Provide insights and recommendations for improving ROI and driving efficiencies across paid marketing programs.  </li><li>Report daily on paid performance metrics including Form Fillers, MQLs, SQLs, attribution, and cost-per-lead (CPL) to key stakeholders.  </li><li>Application of Confluence process documentation. </li><li>Monitor lead quality from paid campaigns in partnership with Marketing Systems and address unactioned leads and pipeline bottlenecks.   </li></ul>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience<ul><li>Proven track record of 7+ years in digital demand generation or growth marketing in a SaaS environment.  </li><li>Experience managing marketing spend across platforms and subscriptions.  </li><li>Full understanding of paid marketing platforms and how martech tools play a role in lead generation.</li></ul>Nice-to-have Experience<ul><li>Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot and Marketing Cloud.  </li><li>Reddit performance marketing.</li><li>Ability to craft or optimize the copywriting materials in your campaigns.</li></ul>Skills  <ul><li>+5 years of hands-on expertise with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Google and Bing campaign dashboards) to analyze performance data and derive actionable insights.  </li><li>+7 years of hands-on expertise with social publishing platforms and tools [Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Hootsuite] and willingness to learn new platforms as we scale our footprint.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices, audience targeting, and remarketing.  </li><li>Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.  </li><li>Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for working cross-functionally.  </li><li>Willingness to use Pardot and Marketing Cloud to create sales and client communication emails.</li></ul>Mindset  <ul><li>Results-oriented professional with a growth-focused mindset and the ability to pivot quickly as needed.  </li><li>Creative thinker who enjoys testing and experimenting with new demand generation ideas.  </li><li>Self-starter with a drive to meet ambitious goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  </li><li>Own the metrics of your campaigns and translate into digestible, relatable business narratives.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications  <ul><li>Experience in enterprise-level SaaS marketing is a plus.  </li><li>Exposure to legaltech marketing is a plus.</li></ul> BENEFITSWhat youll getWhy work at LEAP?There are endless opportunities within our business to progress and grow your career and full training is provided so an aptitude and hunger to learn is essential.
