In this role, youll be responsible for fostering and maintaining our online community presence, creating engaging content, and implementing social media strategies to support our brand goals. <h2>What You Will Do</h2> <ul> <li>Manage and grow our social media accounts across various platforms</li> <li>Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our target audience</li> <li>Develop and implement community engagement strategies</li> <li>Monitor social media trends and adapt our approach accordingly</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives</li> <li>Analyze social media metrics and provide regular performance reports</li> <li>Respond to community inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner</li> <li>Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and events</li> </ul> <h2>What You Will Bring to the Table</h2> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in social media management or community coordination</li> <li>Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li> </ul> The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $79,000 - $98,500. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
