About the Role

We’re looking for a Lead Video & Photography Producer to lead the development and execution of world-class visual content and bring the Lattice story to life. You’ll lead bold, high-impact visual work across brand campaigns, customer testimonials, product videos, and executive messaging.

Our ideal candidate is a hands-on creative leader with deep production expertise and a passion for translating abstract ideas into compelling narratives through motion and imagery. You’ll shape our approach to video and photography strategy, own creative execution end-to-end, and collaborate across the business to bring high-impact content to life.

At Lattice, creativity is a cornerstone of how we connect with our customers, candidates, and employees. You’ll have the opportunity to shape our visual brand at the highest level while doing meaningful work that helps companies build stronger, happier, more engaged teams.

This role will be based in our San Francisco HQ with an expectation of up to ~30% travel.

What You Will Do

  • Own video and photo strategy and execution: from creative concepting to final delivery & in alignment with Lattice’s brand identity and business goals.
  • Lead end-to-end production: scripting, storyboarding, casting, shooting, directing, editing, and post-production.
  • Define and evolve Lattice’s video and photography style guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across all internal and external content.
  • Direct talent, including executives and employees, to elevate on-camera presence and storytelling.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Product Marketing, Content, Communications, and People teams to create content that spans a variety of formats: brand campaigns, customer stories, product demos, recruiting spotlights, and more.
  • Turn complex ideas and technical content into visually engaging, emotionally resonant stories that capture attention and drive action.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality across multiple concurrent projects, owning creative timelines, budgets, and production schedules.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in video, photography, motion graphics, and editing techniques and bring those insights into your work.

What You Will Bring to the Table

  • 6-8+ years of experience in professional video production, photography, and multimedia storytelling in-house or at a creative agency.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing your creative range including short-form video, branded content, motion design, and photography.
  • Expertise in video production tools (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom) and on-set gear including lighting, cameras, audio, and grip equipment.
  • Experience in cinematography, editing, color grading, audio mixing, and final delivery across channels (web, broadcast, social).
  • Strong storytelling and scriptwriting: the demonstrated ability to coach non-actors and turn ideas into emotionally compelling visual narratives.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills: high degree of comfort working across departments and presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and supporting travel for key shoots and events.
  • Experience managing freelance crew and vendors as needed.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B tech or SaaS environments.
