Together, let’s embrace possibilities and change lives! </div><div> </div><div>Reporting to the Senior Director of Pricing Strategy, the Strategic Pricing Director is responsible for the pricing function of the Global Early Development and Chemistry Solutions business. The Director will work across Commercial Development, Business Operations, Project Management and our Commercial team. </div><div> </div><div>Responsibilities: </div><div><ul><li>Support pricing strategies for Global Early Development and Chemistry Solutions to drive growth and safeguard profitability  </li><li>Support the development and implementation of financial policies, processes, and tools for global Early Development and Chemistry Solutions pricing </li><li>Partner with sales/business leadership to develop client and service line specific commercial strategies</li><li>Negotiate pricing and commercial terms for strategic client agreements including being a lead negotiator and having direct client contact </li><li>Partner with internal teams to support integration of pricing and commercial policies for new services </li><li>Collaborate with leadership from operations, sales, finance, and executive management to ensure alignment of commercial strategies Provide input for RFP/RFI commercial related responses, MSA review and negotiation, and individual project discounting Motivate and develop employees into future company leader </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Minimum education and experience required:  <div><div><ul><li>BS degree in Finance, business, science or associates degree with 15 years of relevant experience, or Associates degree with 17+ years of experience </li><li>Relevant experience in Healthcare / Pharma / CRO industry is required, showing a progressive increase in responsibilities </li></ul></div></div></div><div> </div><div>Preferred:  </div><div><ul><li>MBA or Master’s degree </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Additional Skills/Competencies:  </div><div><ul><li>Proven experience to think strategically and execute </li><li>Strong negotiation skills to successfully close deals </li><li>Demonstrated leadership ability </li><li>Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills  </li><li>Ability to come to agreement through discussion and compromise and effect change where persuasion is required </li><li>Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to be persistent while maintaining tact </li><li>Comfortable with a fast-paced and agile working environment.  </li><li>Ability to interact with employees with a variety of sociocultural backgrounds </li><li>Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills </li><li>Demonstrated high degree of self-starting initiative and ability to work collaboratively </li><li>Remote base employee willing to accommodate different time zones, when necessary, in support of the global organization </li><li>Occasionally working extended hours to adhere to client deliverable timelines </li><li>Ability to travel domestically and globally 10%- 25% of the time </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Application window closes: 10/17/2025  </div><div>Schedule/Shift: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm EST  </div><div>All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.  </div><div>The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan. Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers.
