Labcorp is seeking a functional analyst with strong Conga CPQ and ERP Billing process knowledge to join our IT team. This role will be responsible for supporting and enhancing our Conga CPQ and ERP systems, working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery of projects and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of the quoting, pricing and billing processes, and hands-on experience with Conga CPQ and any one of Oracle / PeopleSoft / SAP ERP.This hybrid position offers a balanced schedule of a minimum of three in-office days at an assigned location to be in Durham, NC, supporting both collaboration and flexibility. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Serve as the subject matter expert for Conga CPQ functionality and configuration.</li><li>Serve as the subject matter expert for ERP Contracts, Billing and Receivables functionality.</li><li>Collaborate with proposal management and finance teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to quoting, pricing, contracting and billing.</li><li>Write detailed functional specifications against business requirements.</li><li>Support day-to-day operations, including user support and troubleshooting.</li><li>Perform system testing, validation, and UAT coordination for new features, enhancements, and integrations.</li><li>Work with technical teams to implement technical customizations to Conga CPQ and ERP.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.</li><li>6+ years of experience working with Conga CPQ or similar CPQ systems.</li><li>Solid understanding of Conga CPQ and its integration with ERP Contract to Cash modules.</li><li>Experience with configuration of product catalog, pricing rules, quote templates, and approval workflows in Conga CPQ.</li><li>Understanding of ERP Contracts, Billing and Receivable functionality.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Self-driven team player who can work in a collaborative and supportive manner.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience in in Clinical Testing or Research industry.</li><li>Conga CPQ certification(s).</li><li>Oracle ERP certification(s).</li><li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.</li></ul>Application Window closes 10/31/2025Pay Range: $110,000 - $150,000 annuallyAll job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.  Casual, PRN &amp; Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.
