Remote work is permitted up to 2 days weekly once fully onboarded. 100% remote candidates will not be considered.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Execute timely, error-free email and SMS campaigns using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.</li><li>Configure complex Data Cloud audiences and data extensions across multiple consumer health brands.</li><li>Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, analytics, IT, legal, agencies) to align execution with strategic goals.</li><li>Lead QA and testing efforts across campaigns, integrations, and new features to ensure flawless delivery and compliance.</li><li>Develop strategic playbooks for A/B testing, dynamic content (AMPScript), AI personalization (Einstein), and advanced reporting.</li><li>Monitor campaign KPIs and recommend optimizations to improve engagement, deliverability, and feature adoption.</li><li>Support onboarding and integration of newly acquired brands into the Marketing Cloud ecosystem.</li><li>Train internal teams through workshops, documentation, and best-practice sessions.</li><li>Ensure all campaigns meet HIPAA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and accessibility standards.</li><li>Explore and pilot emerging AI/ML tools to enhance personalization and efficiency.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder).</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification (required).</li><li>Additional certifications a plus: Salesforce Certified AI Associate, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Developer, Data Cloud.</li><li>Strong grasp of email marketing strategy, automation best practices, deliverability, and reporting.</li><li>Experience in healthcare marketing or regulated data environments.</li><li>Proven success supporting marketing integrations during acquisitions.</li><li>Experience with cross-channel campaigns (email, SMS, social, push).</li><li>Familiarity with API integrations and data workflows.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Proficiency in AMPScript, SQL/SSJS, and Mobile Studio.</li><li>Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.</li><li>Ability to translate business goals into scalable automation solutions.</li><li>High attention to detail and commitment to QA in regulated environments.</li><li>Skilled at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, agency-style setting.</li><li>Knowledge of deliverability tools (e.g., Everest, ReturnPath, 250ok) is a plus.</li></ul>Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.  Casual, PRN &amp; Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only. For more detailed information, please <a href="https://careers.labcorp.com/global/en/us-rewards-and-wellness" target="_blank">click here</a>. Labcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer:Labcorp strives for inclusion and belonging in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
