Required Technical and Professional Experience<ul><li>7+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering</li><li>2+ years of experience with Workday implementations</li><li>Ideate, Develop and maintain custom Workday extend applications.</li><li>Design intuitive, customer-facing interfaces with strong UI/UX principles in mind.</li><li>Work closely with Business, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure that Extend application meet those requirements.</li><li>Develop and maintain documentation for extend application, including process flows and technical specifications.</li><li>Serve as a Workday Extend expert with deep knowledge of design concepts, touchpoints with relevant functional areas in consideration of future product direction.</li><li>Experienced in Workday Integrations, APIs(Rest and SOAP) as well as Workday Security.</li><li>Ensures Workday Extend applications are built with right security, reliability as well as delivering exceptional user experience.</li><li>Manage the testing and deployment of Workday Extend applications, including coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring that testing is thorough and complete.</li><li>Stay up to date with Workday releases and new features, and work with the team to evaluate and implement new functionality as appropriate.
