And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Navigate complex organizational structures to effectively deliver OCM solutions.</li><li>Contribute to business growth by supporting proposal development and client presentations.</li><li>Adhere to project governance and reporting requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with business leaders to understand change goals and develop effective adoption strategies.</li><li>Lead and manage high-impact OCM initiatives.</li><li>Mentor and coach team members to ensure high-quality OCM delivery.</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of OCM methodologies and tools.</li><li>Develop and implement effective communication and training plans.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate delivery of OCM deliverables.</li><li>Identify and address potential resistance to change.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Masters degree in Business administration, Change Management or related fields.</li><li>7+ years of OCM experience in consulting, preferably with min. 2 years of technology consulting</li><li>Strong consulting skills, including strategic thinking and problem-solving</li><li>Effective communication and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders</li><li>Familiarity with project management methodologies</li><li>Experience designing and delivering training programs</li><li>Strong analytical and organizational skills</li><li>Relevant OCM certifications (e.g., CCMP, MCMP, Prosci, APMG)</li></ul>Optional Qualifications:<ul><li>Masters degree in organizational Change Management or related field</li><li>Process design expertise</li><li>Experience with digital communication and training tools</li><li>Technical certifications (ITIL, Agile, etc.)</li></ul>   Being YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
